REQUIREMENTS
The below are the requirements your pup needs to stay in our home:
Up-to-date bordatella, distemper (Da2PP, DHPP, DHLPP), and rabies vaccinations
Proof required prior to meet & greet and boarding
Current on a flea/tick preventative
Must be altered (spayed/neutered)
Must be friendly with people, children, and other dogs - no aggression tolerated
Fully potty-trained with no accidents/marking in the house, with the exception of puppies
* Excessive accidents will be subject to additional fees *
*Before any bookings, new clients are required to fill out the New Client Intake Form, provide Vaccination Records, and attend a Meet and Greet.
MEET AND GREET
A complimentary meet and greet is required for all new clients. It can take anywhere from 15-30 minutes.
It is for everyone to get acquainted, to go over your pup’s routine, and to answer any questions you may have.
Prior to the meet and greet, the new client form must be filled out, along with vaccination records uploaded or sent to me at elisahs.petsitting@gmail.com
BOOKING/PAYMENT
I require payment upfront to secure your spot on my calendar. I accept cash, Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, or can provide an invoice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I have a 7 day cancellation policy. So in case you needed to cancel before that 7 day mark, you would receive a full refund. Otherwise, you will receive 50% refund for late cancellations.
DROP OFF / PICK UP
Pick up / drop off is by appointment only
If you are running late or you’d like to come earlier, please notify me in advance to ensure I’m available and can have your pup ready.
